Last night Allie and I celebrated our birthdays together by getting 1 hour massages and I just went out for the 2/5 of my birthday celebrations with my aunt, uncle and cousin. A pound and a half of crab is in my belly at this current moment. My aunt crocheted me the scarf I have on, it is soooo wonderful I can’t wait to find a nice vintage broach to pin it with.
I was hiding behind my camera the entire time, but Allie’s dad scooped it up while we were playing with magnets and snuck one of us.
Evannia, you beautiful little human.

And for those of you who sent me gift suggestions, I ended up buying her these egg-sized markers in the shape of animals which she loved and played with for a very satisfying amount of time. As well as Where The Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein and wrote on the inside page. My aunt laughed at me when I said I wanted to add “P.S. I’ve sneezed on these pages and exposed my germs to it, I assume cloning is now a simple procedure. Bring me back.”
